Step 2: Attend an Information Session and Apply
We offer in-person Information Sessions so you can get a feel for the actual campus. We would love to meet you and your family!
Once you are feeling confident, hit the Apply Now button at the top of the page and fill out the form so we can get to know you.
Step 3: Fill out an Enrollment Form
Once you've completed the application and you've been approved for Foundations Academy, you will fill out the Enrollment Form, complete your payment and get ready to attend a school designed just for your child!

Annual Enrollment Fee - $300
Re-Enrollment Fee for Current Students - $150
Annual K-2 Education Enrichment Fee - $500
IEP/Service Plan Fee - $250
Security Fee - $200
Foundations Academy offers multiple payment options to make tuition payments flexible to meet each families needs. Annual tuition is automatically deducted from your account of choice, and may be paid once annually, monthly, or biweekly. If your child is accepted for enrollment, you will have the opportunity during your enrollment process to choose the payment plan most suited for your family.
